Built by PremiumStar, under Multiracial Publisher
DroneBattle is an aerial combat arcade game designed for short, replayable sessions — the kind you pick up for five minutes and somehow play for thirty.
Why DroneBattle exists
Most mobile shooters ask for either your full attention or none of it. DroneBattle was built for the space in between — a real skill ceiling, a control scheme that fits one thumb on each side of the screen, and runs short enough to fit a commute.
Every system in the game is designed around that constraint. Movement uses drift and momentum instead of instant direction changes, so positioning matters more than reaction speed alone. Waves escalate based on how you're actually performing, not a fixed timer, so the difficulty curve adapts to the player rather than the clock.
The studio
PremiumStar is a games label operating under Multiracial Publisher, focused on tightly scoped, mobile-first titles. DroneBattle is built and maintained by a small team led by Olufolahan Olatoye Akintola, with development happening in active, public iteration — patch notes on the home page reflect real, recent changes rather than marketing copy.
What's next
The current build focuses on getting the core loop — movement, fire, waves, upgrades — feeling right before expanding scope. Planned additions include a second arena, a third faction, and cosmetic drone skins. None of this is promised on a fixed timeline; the mission log on the home page is the most accurate source of what's actually shipped.
